For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby consent to the photograph and/or the recording of my original musical composition and the use of these photographs and/or recordings singularly or in conjunction with other photographs and/or recordings for advertising, publicity, commercial or other business purposes. Such use of materiel is authorized with out compensation of every kind on account of such use; monetary, trade, barter, or otherwise. I understand that the term "photograph" as used herein encompasses both still photographs and motion picture footage.

I further consent to the reproduction and/or authorization by Wilderness International Inc. to reproduce and use my photographs and/or recordings of my music, for use in all domestic and foreign markets. Said use may include use in multi media presentations, publication on the Internet, in brochures, flyers and any other printed or electronic publications. Further, I understand that others, with or without the consent of Wilderness International Inc. may use and/or reproduce such photographs and recordings.

I hereby release Wilderness International Inc. and any of its associated or affiliated companies, their directors, officers, agents, employees and customers, and appointed advertising or marketing agencies, their directors, officers, agents and employees from all claims, monetary and otherwise, of every kind on account of such use.
