  1. INTRODUCTION TO SNOWSHOEING: SATURDAY FEB 6TH - Sorry if you missed it.
  We will be getting together for a fun time of snow shoeing on Mount Hood outside of Portland Oregon. This will be a great opportunity to try out a pair of snowshoes for the beginner or for the experienced to enjoy getting together with others who enjoy snowshoeing.   2. MOTHER / DAUGHTER BACKPACKING TRIP: AUGUST 13 - 15 2010
  Join Susan Barnes, our resident ladies backpacking enthusiast, for a fun filled weekend backpacking adventure for women in the Three Sisters Wilderness Area. If you or your daughter do not have the appropriate backpacking equipment, we may be able to provide you with enough equpment to participate. Check in with us early to secure your spot and equipment. This covers food for the trip and transportation to the site.

  3. DESCHUTES RIVER STEELHEAD CAMP:
  When: October 15–18 (come for one day or up to all four days).
  Where: We will be camping below Sherars Falls alongside the Deschutes River.
  What: Fishing: Each day will include plenty of time for fishing, car and boat shuttles will be provided to get you to the best fishing holes.
  Our outfitting partners, Discovery Outfitters, will be providing the camp setup, boats and unparalleled riverside cooking for all four days.
  Food: We serve three delicious meals a day, starting with a hot breakfast cooked in a traditional Dutch oven. Around noon, we break for a quick lunch so you can get back to fishing before the daylight is gone. Settle in for a relaxing evening that includes a hot meal and warm beverages, telling stories about the “one that got away,” fellowship, and sharing from the Word.
  Camping: We stay all four nights at the same campsite, (east of Maupin, OR) which has an on-site vault toilet. We have a wall tent in which we can light a fire during the night if necessary. Be sure to bring your sleeping bag, Bible, and plenty of clothes to stay warm and dry. For no extra charge, we provide cots to sleep on.Click here to sign up!

  4. 2nd ANNUAL FAMILY ECO-ADVENTURE
  When: AUGUST 28th – 29th
  Where:Tygh Valley, Oregon
  What: We are very excited for our second year of our Eco-Adventure in Tygh Valley Oregon. It was great fun last year for the guys so it will be even better this year as we are inviting you to come by yourself, bring your spouse, a child or bring the whole family. This will include working at the ODFW White River Wildlife Area on Saturday, camping (bring your tent and sleeping bags) at Wasco County Fairgrounds that night and then a refreshing white water rafting trip down the Deschutes River on Sunday.   5. Christian Fly Fishing Roundup
  When: May 14 - 16 Sorry if you missed it.
  Where: Pine Hollow Reservoir near Wamic, OR
  What: Christian Fly Fishing Roundup (CFFR) is a non-denominational Christian camp for men and boys (age 10 and older) that offers a weekend fly fishing clinic featuring fly casting, fly tying, fishing programs and more. CFFR is currently conducting its eleventh annual event at Camp Morrow. Read what it is all about here and join us next year.
  Accommodations: Two nights bunk-house lodging, Five meals plus refreshments, Hot showers and memories for a life time. Cost: All for only $110 Adult, $95 Children! Attendance is limited so sign up early! You sign up via their site.

For any Wilderness International Adventure, all trips require a 50% deposit up front to reserve a spot. This is refundable up to 60 days prior to the trip. Complete payment is due 60 days prior to the date of the activity and is non-refundable within 60 days of an event. We are always willing to consider planning additional trips if you have an interest. Also, if you would like to plan a trip and receive help promoting it, please contact us.
